Terms

  • Parents need to schedule their child(ren)’s upcoming lessons. Lessons aren’t scheduled automatically.
  • There can be no refunds for unscheduled lessons.
  • In the rare event a tutor may cancel a lesson, we will send you an email explaining how to reschedule it.
  • Choose the subscription with the number of lessons you want each week.
  • Lessons need to be completed each week (Monday to Sunday) and don’t roll over to the next week.
  • Subscriptions can be put on “Vacation Pause” for a week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Subscription auto-renews every 4 weeks unless canceled. You’ll receive a reminder 3 days in advance.
  • Partial months are not refunded.
  • Monthly subscriptions cannot be shared between siblings (unless they are doing lessons together.)
  • Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, and rescheduled for the same week, subject to tutor availability.
  • In unusual circumstances, PandaTree may need to substitute a tutor for a lesson and will notify the parent in advance by email if that happens.
  • Lessons can be scheduled 3 months in advance.
  • No-shows or lessons canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged.

Weekly Camps

When you want daily lessons at the best price. Enrollment opens on Saturdays and lessons start on Mondays.

Terms

  • Do up to 1 (one) 25-minute lesson per day from Monday through Sunday during the week of the camp.
  • No credit or refund is offered for missed lessons, no shows or unused days. Unused days do not roll over.
  • The same tutor is not necessarily available every day.
  • PandaTree does not guarantee lesson availability at your preferred time. Advanced bookings (at least 48 hours in advance) are recommended.
  • Lessons cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the lesson start time.
  • After midnight Pacific Time Sunday, the camp is not refundable even in cases of illness, weather issues, internet or power service interruptions, or other emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In unusual circumstances, PandaTree may need to substitute a tutor for a lesson and will notify the parent in advance by email if that happens.
  • The Weekly Camp cannot be shared between siblings.

  • Lessons are 25 minutes for 3 to 5 students.
  • Group dates and times are indicated in the Small Group description.
  • The series is fully refundable within 24 hours of the first lesson. After 24 hours the series is not refundable.
  • If a Small Group drops to 2 students PandaTree has the right to cancel the Group and refund the parents for undelivered lessons. Lessons missed by a student, for any reason, are not refundable and will not be credited. Additionally, parents cannot substitute a different child for the lesson.
  • If the regular PandaTree tutor is not available for the lesson, PandaTree reserves the right to substitute another tutor.
  • If PandaTree is unable to deliver a lesson for any reason, PandaTree will work with the parents to schedule a makeup lesson or refund that individual lesson.
  • As with one-on-one lessons, small group lessons are recorded for quality control purposes. However, to protect the privacy of other children in the group, recordings are not available in the Parent Hub afterwards for review.
